What is Transportatotation with Mo'?

Transportation with Mo' Inc. is a private "ground transportation service". Providing individuals/ people transportation to & from a designated place, event and/ or a pacific location etc...

What are the rates you charge for transportation service?

Our rates are base off and start with the North Carolina mileage rate of 53.5 (as of 2017).

Do you offer weekly rate?

Yes, our fixed Route Service are designated to offer a weekly rate. Starting; Weekly rates are discounted at a 60 miles radius, regardless of your miles traveling. Weekly rates are considered Monday though Friday with Saturday's rates at a rate differential.

What is a Fixed Route?

Fixed Route is defined as "same Location", "designated location" without miscellaneous stops (based on week-to-week scheduling). 

Where do Transportation with Mo' Inc. travel?

Transportation with Mo' Inc. provide service for North Carolina and the surrounding areas (286 miles across N.C.).

What services do you provide?

We provide transportation service for the every-day working individual, those with limited limitations (minor disabilities/ elderly), coroporate clients also individual groups (up to 14 passengers).

What forms of payment do you except?

We except ALL major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, TWM INC., Gift Cards... Online and site location (s). NO CASH WILL BE EXCEPTED. 

Is a deposit required to reserve service?

Yes. Advance payment for service will be required prior to any/ all service (s) rendered. The minimum payment will be charged at the time you reserve. Additional fees will apply based on your criterion. *see ordering process for more details.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Absolutely, All cancelations are to be submitted within a 72hour allocation period, prior to your "Schedule Guaranteed Time" (pick up date/  time).

Is there a fee for canceling my reservation?

Yes, there is a $15.00 processing fees for all cancelation within the 72 hour allocated time period.  

What is the difference between "Rservation & Scheduled Guaranteed Time"?

Reservation is the period of allocating. In which you decide to reserve a service date and time (called in or via website). Scheduled is actually the period when your reservation has been confirmed by you and you are place on our calendar for allocation (assigned a driver).  

Can I reserve "Scheduled Guaranteed Time" for same day service?

No, we do not want  to disappoint you nor do we want to deny our service to you. Our drivers are on the clock around the hour. Your "Scheduled Guaranteed Time" is solely based on availability. There is a pre-scheduling period of 14 days. From time to time this period is waived. Signing up for our email, text messaging and visits to our website frequently will be best for you to receive discounts, special offers and much more.
